CHEESY FRENCH TOAST
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 8 slices of bread (remove the crust)
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 tablespoon dried herbs
- olive oil
- salt
- grated tasty cheese
Instructions
- Mix eggs, milk, herbs, salt and drizzle a little olive oil in a jug.
- Add some grated cheese and place more in the bottom of the soaking tray.
- Pour egg mixture into a tray and soak the bread; turn to do other side.
- Place in hot fry pan, and fry both sides till golden brown.
