Base for Crock-Pot size 5 to 6 litres (or above)
  1. 2 cups self raising flour
  2. 1½ cups warm water
  3. ½ teaspoon salt
  4. 1 tablespoon of dried herbs ~ (your choice) basil, oregano, mixed herbs etc.
Base for Crock-Pot size 3 to 4 litres
  1. 1½ cups self raising flour
  2. 1 cup warm water
  3. ½ teaspoon salt
  4. 1 tablespoon of dried herbs ~ (your choice) basil, oregano, mixed herbs etc.
Base for Crock-Pot size below 3 litres
  1. 1 cup self raising flour
  2. ½ cup warm water
  3. ¼ teaspoon salt
  4. 1 tablespoon of dried herbs ~ (your choice) basil, oregano, mixed herbs etc.
Topping
  1. Diced ham
  2. Sliced Tomatoes,
  3. Mixed dried herbs
  4. Grated tasty or mozzarella cheese
Equipment
  1. Baking paper
  2. Tea towel
Instructions
  1. Mix base ingredients till it forms a sticky dough.
  2. Turn crock-pot onto HIGH setting and line with baking paper so it each sheet is comes to the top of the base of the pot.
  3. Pour mixture into the baking paper and spread out evenly and sprinkle with herbs.
  4. Place topping ingredients on to base, sprinkle with grated cheese and more herbs.
  5. Place tea towel over the top of the pot, followed by the lid to stop condensation.
  6. Cook for 1.5 hours on high.
  7. When ready pull out using the baking paper and cut as desired.
Notes
  1. Can add garlic to base mix and dried herbs if you want throughout base.
  2. Ingredient choices are endless and you can create any thing you wish, from chicken, spinach, feta etc.
