An easy crock-pot creation!

Base for Crock-Pot size 5 to 6 litres (or above)
- 2 cups self raising flour
- 1½ cups warm water
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon of dried herbs ~ (your choice) basil, oregano, mixed herbs etc.
Base for Crock-Pot size 3 to 4 litres
- 1½ cups self raising flour
- 1 cup warm water
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon of dried herbs ~ (your choice) basil, oregano, mixed herbs etc.
Base for Crock-Pot size below 3 litres
- 1 cup self raising flour
- ½ cup warm water
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon of dried herbs ~ (your choice) basil, oregano, mixed herbs etc.
Topping
- Diced ham
- Sliced Tomatoes,
- Mixed dried herbs
- Grated tasty or mozzarella cheese
Equipment
- Baking paper
- Tea towel
Instructions
- Mix base ingredients till it forms a sticky dough.
- Turn crock-pot onto HIGH setting and line with baking paper so it each sheet is comes to the top of the base of the pot.
- Pour mixture into the baking paper and spread out evenly and sprinkle with herbs.
- Place topping ingredients on to base, sprinkle with grated cheese and more herbs.
- Place tea towel over the top of the pot, followed by the lid to stop condensation.
- Cook for 1.5 hours on high.
- When ready pull out using the baking paper and cut as desired.
Notes
- Can add garlic to base mix and dried herbs if you want throughout base.
- Ingredient choices are endless and you can create any thing you wish, from chicken, spinach, feta etc.
