Bread machine setting on Basic White Loaf ~ now if you have time on your hands (and don’t have a bread machine), you can use the above recipes by making bread the old fashioned way using your mix master (with the dough tool) or by hand.
You will need to at least knead it and have it rise (about 3 times) during the day before baking in the oven.
I always make the 1.5kg size.
Did you know you can use a couple of crushed Vitamin C tablets instead of bread improver?
I have Vitamin C powder, so I use this instead of store bought bread improver.
