|These are a double batch (two were already eaten at lunch yesterday)!|
1 cup water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 ½ teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar
3 cups Plain Flour
1 ½ teaspoons dry yeast
Put all ingredients into the bread pan in order as listed. Turn setting to DOUGH.
Roll out into 20cm circles.
Line oven shelves with baking paper and pre-heat oven at 230C.
Place pita bread onto shelves and cook for 3-5 minutes each side. The bread should make an air bubble, flatten down with egg flip and then turn over. Cook for another 3-5 minutes.
