Dirty Dish Cloths & Sponges

Here are 3 very simple and easy ways to clean and sterilise those dirty dish cloths & sponges

1.  Soak them in the kitchen sink with a scoop or two of nappy soaker and hot water for a couple of hours.  Not only are you cleaning the cloths but the sink area as well (just give the sink, tap and draining area a scrub with a sponge while the water is hot and soapy).

2.  Throw them in the washing machine with your towels load (I don’t recommend putting in the stainless steel sponge though) ~ no need to dry them out as they are ready to reuse!

3.  Put them in the dishwasher along with a full load (either the top or bottom shelves).

So easy!
