1 x 150g packet corn chips
2 cups grated tasty cheese
1 – 2 jars of nachos salsa (your choice of heat) or 2 cups of spaghetti bolognese sauce/mince
freshly chopped parsley
Place a layer of corn chips on the base of the fry-pan(I used my electric fry-pan)
Next a layer of cheese with a little parsley
Followed by more corn chips & cheese
Place lid on fry-pan and heat on low for about 15 minutes until the cheese starts to melt
Next over the top spread the salsa, more cheese and parsley. Replace the lid and heat for another few minutes until cheese melts.
Using an egg flip, serve onto round dinner plates with a dob of sour cream, avocado & some extra fresh parsley.
