Made this #macaroniandcheese #pie the other night and it was a hit. So I've just put tonight's one into the fridge to cook later. Will put the recipe onto my website WHEN one of our computers are free from the #homeschooling kids.

This is my street - I live on a #rural #dirtroad , but @danielandrewsmp has put my town along with others into the #melbournemetro zone.

No trains run through my town, no public transport, I can't get #ubereats and buying #takeaway requires a 40 minute drive (there and back), then have to reheat the food anyway. There are no cases in my town and most of the surrounding areas, BUT we are still lockedup like prisoners 🤬

3 years ago today, is the #anniversary of my #cara

3 years ago today, is the #anniversary of my #caraccident . During an evening errand, I drove into a fallen tree on a dark unlit country road and broke my #c2vertebra . 🤕

I'd already driven along this road only 1 hour before hand to drop off kids and was going back to pick them up. It was not windy or raining - just a unfortunate accident.

At the time it was extremely difficult. But now looking back on the last 3 years, this accident and injury was a blessing, as it brought hubby and I closer together as well as our family.

As far as my injury now goes, and after getting the metal #hardware removed from my neck on the 18th February 2019; I'm 95% healed (though the scar will always be there), the last 5% is a repeat of neck or shoulder pains, which flare up every now and then.

So today is my reminder, to be thankful for my life, my healthy family and friends and also to offer a prayer for all those souls that lost their lives on this sad day in history too. 🙏 #911 #prayers

Our #generator is running to power our wifi/modem and 4 highschool students computers so they can continue their #homeschooling chooling #chaos. Hubby also needs to work on his computer too.

During lunchtime break, the water pump has been connected, along with just the fridge. We have no hot water, so now boiling pots on the stove to wash some dirty dishes...the dishwasher, also stopped overnight through its cycle too 😭

Power expected to return 9pm, so hubby and I went TOGETHER to get fuel for the generator, and something to cook in the BBQ for dinner tonight. #messyhouse #overit #enoughisenough #freemelbourne

They have been in the kitchen all day prepping a 3 or 4 course meal for hubby and I so we get to eat at a restaurant (without leaving home) 😍
