Recently purchased a #trxtrainer #suspensiontraining kit. We set it up outside under our awning /verandah area.... however, I lasted outside for about 8 minutes and due to the heat and humidity, I moved inside using the #overthedoor attachment and is much better 😁 (did 30 squats in the right video - while stopping to go hang out more washing inbetween sets).
