@beko.anz I really can't understand how a company could be so BLOODY #STUPID

Once again, another #stuffup - previously (checkout older posts), a new machine was delivered, but had a massive dent, then two weeks later the replacement arrived without the cutlery drawer, now another 2 plus weeks and the drawer can't be installed as they only supplied ONE stopper or plugs for the back and front of the rails. The drawer will just fall out!!!

The single stopper supplied came in that large back too 🤬🙄😳.

Seriously @beko . I think some sort of #compensation needs to be given. How about it? Just send the correct parts asap too. (New coffee machine)?

Haven't posted in a little while and today is a first trip out of the house since the surgery (Dr check-up doesn't count). #notabletodriveyet

My foot is slowly getting better and I'm walking on it more each day (no shoes yet), but today, I managed to get a jogger on the sore foot as well. (It's too swollen to wear anything else) 🥺

Today, I'm at @shardahair and my daughter @mary_shardahair (2nd year #apprentice) is learning to #colour (I'm her #gineapig ) 😁, she will be cutting it too 😳 .

#dinner is underway, and due to prepping the day before (see post) ⬇️ I just mixed everything together, while also adding salt and pepper. The #crockpot is now on LOW till ready tonight.

Firstly, hubby is away with two of our boys campin

Firstly, hubby is away with two of our boys camping, so I've been home alone during the day since Monday (3 kids home, but working) and today I finally accomplished something.

This morning I tried walking in the #boot with my walking stick, I managed to hang a load of washing (my eldest son carried basket outside). I then rested with boot off.

Tried again hours later and made #lunch a quick #onion #ham #cheese #sourcream #nachos (used the walking stick a little). Rested.

Then our @colessupermarkets
delivery arrived (luckily my son was home, as they don't bother to carry anything inside for you now 🤬) and was able to put some things away..after a while, I didn't need the #walkingstick and finally got onto tidying up the fridge (hubby and the kids have been in charge and it was a complete cluttering mess, not to mention some #scienceexperiments found at the back).

During, this cleanout, some #veggies needed using, there was leftover gravy, homemade stock and an opened jar of tomato paste, so I've mixed the lot, chopped up veggies, #beef (along with some #homegrown #tomatoes which I will add) and have got the #crockpot in the fridge all ready to litteraly chuck everything inside tomorrow morning, for tomorrow night's #dinner

Now, I'm back to bed to put the foot back up for a rest (I might just stay off it for the rest of the evening now and just use my crutches.

Would love to soak the foot in #epsonsalts but I can't just yet, due to still having #steristrips on the wounds 😭

Back home from my #foot #appointment - the stitches are out (and the side that has been aching, BLOODY hurt 😭).

I can also try walking on my foot with or without a #boot . I did try the boot for a little while while using the #crutches and then a #walkingstick - but I'm now totally #buggered and will try again after resting the foot for a while. #learningtowalkagain #hardwork #weak #calfmuscles #wontgiveup #icandothis💪

Hope everyone had a lovely #Easter today. This year was different, watching everyone around me cook, clean and prepare for our luncheon feast today. (No photos this year unfortunately).

So how's the foot going? It feels less sore during the day, however by the evening just one side stitch is painful and uncomfortable. It feels like it's healing ok, as touching the spots doesn't hurt at all (the bandage however is getting VERY ITCHY and hot).

I'm almost hitting two weeks and have another appointment on Tuesday to remove the stitches etc (hopefully I'll be able to wash the foot and shave the leg soon too - as I've been showering
In a plastic bag). If all is good, I might be able to try putting some weight on my ankle too.

So we are still without our @beko.anz #dishwasher and after the last #mishap of being given a #brandnew but #dented one; another is being delivered again today (it's been weeks of piled up dishes and mess all over the sink and benches 🤬 and it's especially annoying when I can't even stand on one leg/nor balance to handwash either). Hubby and the kids are doing their best to keep it moving, but this morning was not as efficient. #chaos #madness #runninglate

I've been #sleeping alot. The painkillers are so strong, that I can barely keep my eyes open.

I slept with the boot on for one night, but now only putting it on if up and about... Which is not today, as I'm a zombie!🧟 and I still can't put any weight on foot (while wearing the boot), as it's #painfull

As you can see, the foot is only bandaged and I can't remove or wet the dressings (showering with a garbage bag).

Might need to ring the bell for a #coffee @angie.braaksma 😁

Been out of threatre for while (perhaps 8pm, went under around 5pm).

It's 12.08am and I not good with nausea and vomited early 🤮 was given icy pole when I woke up in recovery, but that's all I have had to eat all day (didn't stay down either).

I never do well after waking up from the #anaesthetic 😭, so l'm trying a #gf sandwich at 12.08am.

Painful also wearing a #moonboot , as I can't sleep (an I'm a side sleeper).
