GLUTEN FREE PIZZA BASE

I saw this recipe online, however it was filmed in Italian. The instructions were not quite right, so I’ve tweaked it and as you can see, it turned out really well!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of leftover cooked #rice
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 grams grated cheese
  • 50 milliliters water
  • 3 cloves of garlic (you could also use minced if you like).
  • Fresh or dried herbs (I put in some fresh parsley stalks today).

Instructions

  1. Put it all in the blender and make sure you use baking paper for spreading out the pizza base, spray with some cooking oil before it goes into the oven (forgot to film this part). 😁
  2. After about 30 minutes on high temperature – 230C – (by the way everyone's oven is different so check-on the cooking process as it should be crispy and brown on top and underneath a little).
  3. Add your toppings and put back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
