- Broccoli & Cauliflower
(count one of each per child and how much each adult would like).
- Olive Oil
- Mixed Italian or oregano dried herbs
- 1-2 cloves of fresh garlic (crushed)or 1-2 teaspoons of minced garlic).
- Boiled kettle.
In a casserole dish (corning ware is great), arrange the broccoli and cauliflower.
Pour the garlic and oil mix over the vegetables, and fill the base of the dish with boiling water.
Place in 180C oven for 15-20 mins (ready when a skewer goes through the soft vegetables).
