Basic Ingredients
  1. 8 eggs
  2. ½ cup milk
  3. Salt & Pepper
  4. ½ -1 cup grated tasty cheese
  5. Dried herbs
  6. 20g - 50g butter
Choice of
  1. Diced bacon or ham
  2. Cooked beef mince
  3. Cook diced chicken
  1. Onion
  2. Zucchini
  3. Leak
  4. Capsicum
  5. Mushrooms
  6. Spinach
  7. Garlic
  8. etc
  1. In a large mixing bowl; place the eggs, milk, salt & pepper and beat well.
  2. In a frying pan; place the butter, vegetables and cook till soft and transparent.
  3. Next add the meat of your choice (if using mince or chicken make sure these are pre cooked) and mix with the vegetables till cooked through.
  4. Place dried herbs, cheese and the cooked fry pan ingredients into the egg mixture and stir.
  5. Pour into prepared greased muffin tins, a round spring form or silicon cake tin.
  6. Place into 200C oven and cook for 15 - 20 minutes until fluffy and brown.
  7. Serve with a green salad and some crusty herb bread.
