I made a #cheesecake in the #crockpot and will nev I made a #cheesecake in the #crockpot and will never make a #bakedcheesecake in the conventional oven ever again!!! It turned out so well, and can only thank @just_simply_shannon for her post and where she found the recipe. I didn't quite use the same flavour ingredients, but used #caramelfilling #caramelsauce and #lindt #whitechocolate to decorate. (Hubby loved it too). 😍

So, upon having to get a new fridge, and doing a good clean out, I found half a jar of this #glucosesyrup that my sister used and left here a while ago. In the freezer, I found some crumbed #gingerbread (I think my #hairdresser / #noncook daughter made and didn't set, so we froze to use for something else), and a jar of #lemonbutter my #sisinlaw made for a #christmashamper . So, I made a #lemonmarshmallow #slice and a slab of just marshmallow. The marshmallow recipe was found on their product website @queenfinefoods (Ready in 4 hours time).

Thankfully, I've got a #handymanhubby and my eldest son (who is learning from his dad) to fix it up. So I'm just #cooking around them, while I go back and forth from our #laundry as the fridge from our #pigeonpair is now in there. A lucky escape for our daughter last night as she A lucky escape for our daughter last night as she went to get an item from our old 24/25 yr old #fridge (was our first @westinghouseappliancesau fridge purchase when we got married and is in our laundry for storing our bulk milk, cream, cheese and extra vegetables etc - family of 9) when suddenly the doors just #felloff and nearly knocked her out. As you can see, the metal hinge snapped and she managed to avoid the collision of two heavy doors; we only lost just one 600ml of cream fortunately and have another VERY OLD fridge in our shed where we moved some of the items, but the rest is crammed inside our kitchen one. Now we need to go out looking for a replacement. Any recommendations for a LARGE CAPACITY with strong shelves that will last more than 10 yrs - eg #frenchdoor fridge? #largefamily
