TAHINI

Quick & Very Easy
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
½ teaspoon sesame or olive oil
¼ teaspoon of salt
¼ cup warm water

Makes ½ cup



Place sesame seeds into a blender or food processoer and grind until smooth. Add oil and salt.  Process until combined.

With motor still running, add the water in slowly and blend until smooth.



This is 2 cups ~ the above ingredients x 4.

I also added more sesame seeds to thicken the paste a little.

(One tiny seed fell off my fingers into the paste when I took this photo).
