Turkish Bread
Avocado or Tomato paste
Mushrooms ~ sliced
Sun-dried tomatoes
Spinach ~ chopped
Gourmet Tuna (95g tin)
Tasty cheese
Cream Cheese
Dried parsley 
Lemon Juice


Cut Turkish bread in half lengthways.  Spread base with avocado or tomato paste.  Arrange sun-dried tomatoes, tuna (below is from ALDI ~ sweet chilli tuna), sliced spinach and mushrooms over the spread base.


Layer the tasty and cream cheese over the top and sprinkle with dried parsley.


Bake in 200C oven for about 10-15 minutes.

 Drizzle with lemon juice and enjoy!

Here is an alternative topping:  Turkish Bread Bases ~ left plate, green olive paste, ham, capsicum, avocado, cream cheese and tasty cheese; right plate, mayo, tuna, capsicum, cream cheese and tasty cheese; baked in oven for 20mins on 200C.
