- Leek or Onions
- Egg plant
- Dried herbs
- Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Zip-Lock bag
Prepare and cut the vegetables into large portions and place them into a large sized Zip-Lock bag.
Add the garlic, herbs, salt and pepper.
Drizzle in Olive oil
Close, seal, toss and turn over the bag until all the vegetables and flavours mix through.
Refrigerate and when ready, pour straight into a baking dish or onto you BBQ!
