- 750ml milk
- 2 tablespoons milk powder
- 1 tablespoon natural yoghurt
Place the milk and powder in a microwave proof dish (I used a Pyrex Jug and lid) and stir well.
Cook on high for 7 minutes and cool until warm.
Stir in the yoghurt and pour into a Thermos flask (I put into my EASIYO Maker).
Replace the top and let it stand overnight. Shake the yoghurt out into a sealed container and chill (there was no need to shake mine, all I had to do was put straight into the fridge).
Add any flavourings you desire. Keep 1 tablespoon aside for your next batch.
