- Broccoli & Cauliflower (count one of each per child and how much each adult would like).
- Olive Oil
- Mixed Italian or oregano dried herbs
- 1-2 cloves of fresh garlic (crushed)or 1-2 teaspoons of minced garlic)
- Boiled kettle
Pour the garlic and oil mix over the vegetables, and fill the base of the dish with boiling water.
Place in 180C oven for 15-20 mins (ready when a skewer goes through the soft vegetables).
