- 1 Small onion ~ chopped
- 2 Tablespoons fresh parsley ~ chopped
- 2 Tablespoons tomatoes ~ finely chopped
- 1 Teaspoon minced garlic or one clove crushed
- ½ Cup Cous Cous
- ½ Cup water
- Olive oil
In a small saucepan, fry on high heat the onion, parsley, tomato and garlic in a little olive oil. Cook until the onion is transparent and the tomatoes create a orange sauce. Add salt to taste.
Pour the water into the salsa, bring to boil then add the cous cous.
Use a fork to stir.
Serve with your favourite dish.
