CROCKPOT JACKET POTATOES

- Washed unpeeled potatoes
- Mixed dried herbs
- Olive oil
- Using a skewer, pierce each potato several times, put them all into a big bowl adding garlic, salt and mixed herbs (around 1 tablespoon of garlic, and herbs, salt to taste), drizzle enough oil to coat all the potatoes and then wrap individually (if you would like to use as a buffet or BBQ style meal) and place into crockpot.
- Otherwise, wrap in bundles ~ layer foil at the bottom of the crockpot, place potatoes evenly, wrap and cover, then add another layer on the top and so on (depending on the amount required).
- Cook on HIGH setting 4 - 5 hrs.....or LOW 7 - 8
- Ready when skewer goes through with ease.
