• Corned Beef
  • ½ cup of Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 – 6 cloves
  • Water 

Remove corned beef from its packaging and rinse off the juices and give it a good wash.

Place Corned Beef, Vinegar, Brown Sugar and Gloves into the crock-pot.  Pour cold water over the beef making sure it covers totally.

Cover and set to LOW 12-24 hours or HIGH 7-10 hours.

Serve with vegetables or salad.  

Corned Beef should also be served with a white sauce.


NOTE:  You can also put a frozen corned beef straight into crock-pot (if you didn’t de frost the day before), just make sure you still give it a wash before hand.  Do not cover the beef totally with water, but only fill with a third of the pot.
