Ingredients: 4 x eggs 8 slices  of bread (remove the crust) ¼ cup milk 1 tablespoon dried herbs Olive oil Salt Grated tasty cheese Mix eggs, milk, herbs, salt and drizzle a little olive oil in a jug. Add some grated cheese and place more in the bottom of the soaking tray.
