1 Cup Whisky/Scotch ¾ tin Condensed Milk 200 – 250ml Thickened Cream 8 – 10 teaspoons Chocolate Topping (ice-cream sauce). Ice Whisk or use blender. Go on and try this, I bet you are tempted!
